Blue Bell Creameries has released blue bell black raspberry fudge, a new limited time flavor now available where Blue Bell is sold in pint and half gallon sizes.
The Benham Texas based company described the flavor as black raspberry flavored ice cream with dark chocolate flavored chunks and a chocolate fudge swirl, and said it is available while supplies last.
Joe Robertson, executive director of advertising and marketing for Blue Bell, said this is the first raspberry flavor to join the company lineup in a few years and called it a treat for many.
Robertson added that Black Raspberry Fudge "is a perfect combination of a sweet, yet tart black raspberry ice cream that blends perfectly with the chunks of chocolate and a rich fudge swirl. The flavor is decadent, indeed!"

Alongside Black Raspberry Fudge Blue Bell also introduced Brookie A La Mode, described as brown sugar ice cream loaded with chunks of brownies and soft chocolate chip cookie pieces, also in pint and half gallon sizes while supplies last.
The company noted Black Raspberry Fudge and Brookie A La Mode are two of three new flavors thus far for Blue Bell consumers in 2026, and it released Honey Vanilla in February of the same year.
Blue Bell has continued to expand its offerings beyond single flavors, releasing high protein dairy desserts earlier in March with up to 12 grams of protein per serving and flavors that include chocolate coffee salted caramel strawberry and vanilla.
The company also listed other recent additions to its lineup, including Classic Pecan Pie introduced last fall and Banana Fudge released a year ago last March.
