Jill Zarin has put her renovated three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condominium on the Upper East Side on the market, and it is listed by Jessica Cohen and Jennifer Vandekieft of Douglas Elliman along with Suzanne Miller of Empire State Properties, and jill zarin told Forbes she is seeking a change of scenery.
In a recent interview with Forbes, Zarin said she plans to explore new places to live after sharing the home with her late husband Bobby, who died in January following a cancer diagnosis.
The apartment was updated into a contemporary layout that highlights large windows and city views, and a dramatic black accent wall in the living area serves to camouflage a flatscreen television when it is not in use.
The galley kitchen offers white cabinetry, quartz countertops and high-end appliances, including a Samsung smart refrigerator and a separate wine refrigerator, and a dining nook sits beside corner windows with skyline views.
The master bedroom features abundant natural light, electric blackout shades and a built-in Sonos surround-sound system, while bathrooms include spa-like finishes, toilets that open and close automatically with heated seats and fog-proof mirrors.
The building provides a 24-hour doorman, an on-site garage, a gym, a children’s playroom and a rooftop terrace, and Zarin told Forbes she wants to spend more time where tennis suits the climate after the sale.
RHONY Alumni To Film E! Docu Series In Florida
E! has greenlit a ten-episode docu-series with the working title The Golden Life that will bring together former Real Housewives of New York City cast members in South Florida, with Blink49 Studios producing and filming set to begin this spring in Palm Beach and surrounding areas.
The series will feature Luann de Lesseps, Jill Zarin, Ramona Singer, Kelly Bensimon and Sonja Morgan as they spend time in their second homes and navigate dating, family and career milestones while enjoying a busy social scene.
E! said, "Though skies are bright in Florida, unresolved drama looms as they’re reconnect after years of highs and lows," and Val Boreland, President of Entertainment at Versant, said the network was "thrilled to welcome reality TV royalty to E! for a reunion fans have been waiting for."
Executive producers on the project include Tara Long, Nadine Rajabi, Mark Ford and Ben Megargel, and several participants have previously appeared in RHONY spin-offs, including The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy, while Luann de Lesseps and Sonja Morgan starred in Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake, and Versant was spun out of NBCUniversal in January.
