Orlando Bloom has formalized work with Porsche Design and helped shape two new lifestyle pieces that draw on the brand’s automotive heritage while aiming for everyday wearability.

Bloom joined Porsche Design as a brand ambassador in 2025 and collaborated directly on a three-piece sunglasses line and a limited reversible leather jacket. He told reporters he first fell for Porsche as a teenager, recalling a photo of himself by a late‑1960s 911 and later buying a 1973 911S. Bloom said the brand’s attitude and craftsmanship made the partnership feel natural.

Porsche Design’s CEO of America, Karsten van Engeln, noted the company began with timepieces when it was founded in 1972 and moved into eyewear six years later with an early aviator that offered interchangeable lenses. The new sunglasses, marketed as the P’86007 Targa #1 by Orlando Bloom, reference the P’8954 Iconic 911 Targa 60Y sunglasses and carry a matte titanium, highly technical frame. The P’86007 strips some design elements from the predecessor for a cleaner look, adds a wraparound silhouette, and uses Vision Drive lenses. Made in Japan, the frames come in three finishes and sell for $655.

The second co‑designed item is a limited reversible lambskin nappa jacket priced at $2,850. One side uses water‑repellent black leather and the other a lightweight nylon shell. The jacket features a two‑way front zipper, adjustable cord stoppers at the hem, sleeves and hood, zippers under the sleeves, perforated leather ventilation and a built‑in hood. Bloom described the piece as a cleaner, street‑style fit that can be worn to the gym or out of a car, and as intentionally versatile for different ages.
