The company highlighted a range of on-property services designed for dogs, from plush beds and bowls on arrival to full dog menus and rooftop dog parks. Properties cited include Hotel Lincoln in Chicago, Hotel 50 Bowery in New York City and The Seabird Resort in Oceanside, California, each offering local dog-friendly guides and neighborhood suggestions.
Several Hyatt properties market customized packages. Ambassador Chicago offers a PAWsome Experience with hotel-branded bowls and treats, while Royal Palms Resort & Spa in Phoenix runs the Royal Paws Program with baked treats and take-home toys. Hyatt Centric South Beach Miami operates a third-floor WOOFTOP dog park with complimentary bowls and toys. Park Hyatt Vienna offers pet photoshoots and Andaz Scottsdale serves dogs from a dedicated dog menu. Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo accepts robotic aibo dogs and provides an aibo run and ambassador.

Hyatt outlines guest rules and fees across brands. The company permits a maximum of two pets per room and sets a 50 pound weight restriction for pets at many properties, while service animals, cats and dogs are allowed. Guests typically face a non-refundable $100 fee that covers up to a six-night stay, with an additional $100 per each subsequent seven nights. Properties may apply breed restrictions and will charge owners for any pet-related damages.
Hyatt also promoted a World of Hyatt Bonus Journeys loyalty offer that required registration between August 16 and November 15, 2022. Eligible stays completed between September 15 and December 20, 2022 earned double points for stays of two or more consecutive nights at participating properties, with a 60,000 bonus points cap. The promotion included specific rules on bonus points, tier credits and participating brands, and Hyatt reserved rights to alter the offer.
Several hotels use their pet programs to support animal organizations. Revival Baltimore worked with BARCS to host adoptable dogs, Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport scheduled a Yappy Hour and an Adoptable Dog Meet & Greet event, Andaz Savannah partnered with the Humane Society for adoption photography, and Park Hyatt Chicago features a rescued resident pug named Parker promoted with #BarkHyattChicago.
