Iran featured in separate accounts after US President Donald Trump said American forces had begun "major combat operations" in the country, Iran International reported, and he described the action as a massive ongoing campaign to eliminate nuclear and missile threats from the Iranian regime.
The statement, delivered by Trump and carried by Iran International, framed the operations as aimed at removing specific threats, and it used the phrase "major combat operations" to describe the military activity.
Iran International attributed the comments to Trump and presented the announcement as an unfolding campaign rather than a single action, without further operational details in the report.
