Kith and BMW have expanded a multi-year collaboration with a new apparel and accessories collection and a limited edition BMW XM developed with the Kith label. The partnership leans on a curated colour palette drawn from BMW’s archive. That palette includes Cinnabar Red, Vitality Green, Techno Violet and Inka Orange, according to Kith.

Kith said the apparel assortment spans multi-paneled leather outerwear made in partnership with AVIREX, leather moto jackets from Braun and DeWitt, and a range of souvenir and track jackets. Signature fleece silhouettes include the Nelson Quarter Zip, Braxton Track Zip and Nelson Hoodie. The collection also features graphic tees inspired by classic BMW motifs, upscale knitwear, understated shirting and coordinating track pants.

Kith and BMW also described an expanded leather goods range. Items include Overnight Bags, Travel Garment Duffle Bags, cardholders and watch holders made in smooth, tumbled and monogram-embossed materials. Collectibles listed by Kith include car fresheners, catchall trays and ceramic mugs. Automotive accessories include a co-branded license plate holder and floor mats compatible with the BMW X5. The drop extends to jacquard towels, tapestry blankets, posters, silk bandanas and headwear such as a sheep suede drivers cap and a Franchise LS produced with ’47, Kith said.

Kith and BMW will also offer a commemorative 1:18-scale die-cast model of a 1972 BMW 3.0 CSi finished in Inka Orange. The model comprises 169 parts and 290 decorative elements. Kith said the miniature features embroidered leather seats and bespoke packaging, underscoring the brands’ collectible focus. The collection will be available through Kith stores, Kith.com and the Kith app, according to Kith.

BMW XM By Kith Limited Edition

BMW said the collaboration also produced the BMW XM by Kith, a limited run of 47 units that reflects the number of years since the BMW M1 debut. The edition is offered with a Frozen Techno Violet metallic paint finish developed by Kith and BMW Individual, with Frozen Black metallic as an alternative.

BMW described exclusive exterior and interior details in the Kith aesthetic. The car features black side window graphics, accent strips and model inscriptions finished in Frozen Techno Violet metallic. Inside, illuminated door sill trims, velour floor mats and the centre console control panel carry the Kith logo with M stripes. The M multifunction front seats include illuminated Kith branding under the headrests. Seat surfaces in BMW Individual Merino leather and the centre armrest bear embossed Kith lettering. The rear M Lounge includes embossed lettering on the seat backs and two cushions with the label’s logo, BMW said.

BMW provided technical figures for the XM by Kith. The plug-in hybrid pairs an M TwinPower V8 with a 145 kW electric motor. BMW reported a combined system output of 550 kW, 1,000 Nm of torque and an electric range of 76 kilometres. A patented pre-gearing stage raises the electric motor’s effective torque to 450 Nm at the transmission input, BMW said. The company said the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h and can reach 290 km/h with the optional M Driver’s Package. BMW also published weighted combined fuel and energy figures and CO2 values for the model.

BMW and Kith said this work continues a multi-chapter partnership that has produced bespoke BMW M models and capsule collections. Kith’s creative director Ronnie Fieg has overseen the label’s contributions, and both brands have cited archive BMW colours as a central creative reference.
