  • Tie resolves Yes if no goals or equal goals in the half
  • Restrictions bar players, staff, owners, and insiders from trading
  • Contracts offered via Robinhood Derivatives through KalshiEX and partners

Robinhood Derivatives has listed a prediction market for the first half winner of the Real Madrid versus Malaga match originally scheduled for Aug 30, 2026, according to the contract notice.

The market refers specifically to the result after 45 minutes plus stoppage time, and will determine whether Real Madrid wins the first half or the half is a tie, the contract states.

If no goals are scored in the half, or both teams score an equal number of goals in the half, the outcome labelled Tie resolves to Yes, the rules say.

If the match is cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours away the market will resolve to a fair price under the exchange rules, and determinations are usually made within one hour of the event resolution.

Trading windows run around the clock except for a weekly maintenance period on Thursday between 3AM and 5AM Eastern Time, the contract notice adds.

Trading Eligibility Restrictions And Risk Notices

The contract includes a detailed list of trading restrictions, barring current and former players, coaches and staff of the governing league or the teams involved from trading, the notice explains.

For college leagues the restriction applies to current and former players, coaches and staff of the specific competing teams, the contract illustrates with a Gonzaga example, the notice specifies.

The prohibition also covers paid employees of the league and its participants, team and league owners, and household members and immediate family of those parties, according to the terms.

Persons employed by any of the Source Agencies, or those who hold material non‑public information on the underlying event, are not permitted to trade on the contract, the notice warns.

The document states event contracts are offered by Robinhood Derivatives, LLC through KalshiEX LLC, ForecastEX, LLC or Rothera Exchange and Clearing LLC, and clarifies it is not affiliated with the governing league.

The notice reminds prospective traders that futures and options trading involves significant risk, that live data may be delayed or incorrect, and that fees and eligibility rules apply.
